What is Holistic Health?

Holistic Health Care is an integrated approach to health care that treats the "whole" person, not just the symptoms of an illness. Mind, body, and spirit are integrated and inseparable. 

Am I too old to start?

Absolutely NOT!! We've helped clients in their 60s and 70s with issues such as high cholesterol, weight loss, and Type 2 diabetes. All you need is the belief that you can change. We can help you achieve your goals.

What's the Difference Between a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and a Nutrition Coach?

Sadly, the Holistic Health Industry is not regulated or monitored. It's up to the client to do their homework to see if the practitioner is well-educated and certified in their profession. A Nutrition Coach either doesn't have any training or may have 200 hours of online schooling. A Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner needs 755 hours of college courses and receives a diploma. 

Most Nutrition coaches and practitioners offer a free first session. During that session, ask for their qualifications, certifications, who they're accredited with, etc. This way you can make the decision whether you want to work with that practitioner.
