What is Holistic Nutrition?

Simply put, it is making conscious decisions to consume healthy foods that influence your whole body, thereby improving health. Holistic Health is an ongoing process. It is a lifestyle that includes a personal commitment to be moving toward the right end of wellness.


Do I have to sign up for many sessions?

No! We try to give you the tools and information you need in the least amount of sessions. You may only need one session. We offer discounts if you purchase sessions in bundles. You choose the amount of sessions. Your first session is always FREE. This way, you can see if we are the right "fit" for you. Many clients have only needed the 3-session bundle to take care of their health issues. And, if you need another session after you've been a client, your fees are half-price. We call those clients "Forever Clients" and will always receive that discount.


Am I too old to start?

Absolutely NOT! We have helped people in their 50s and 60s overcome health issues such as Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and excess weight by helping them create meal plans tailored specifically for them.


What's the difference between a Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner and a Nutrition Coach?

Sadly, this industry is not regulated. It is up to the client to do their homework. Anyone can call themselves a "coach". Then, there is a "certified coach" which is a 200 hour program. A Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner receives 755 hours of schooling and a diploma, not a certificate. They are eligible to be certified with the NANP, the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.

Holistic Nutrition can improve improve your health. Once you have the tools and implement them, you will see improvements in practically any illness.
