After your program has been completed, you can always come back for a "Tune-Up" session. Once you become a client, you're a client for life. Tune-Up sessions are offered at a special rate to our forever clients if they need us in the future.
EFT & TFT
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) are two modalities used to help clients with anxiety and depression, phobias, anger, and pain. For these techniques to be utilized effectively, we should be connected via Skype or another video service. However, if you are more comfortable connecting via phone, we can help you that way as well.
Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy
Carol Gardner is a certified REBT practitioner. REBT is a practical approach in coping with and overcoming adversity as well as achieving goals. It faces a good deal of its focus on the present. REBT addresses attitudes, unhealthy emotions (e.g. unhealthy anger, depression, anxiety, guilt, etc.) and maladaptive behaviors (e.g. procrastination, addictive behaviors, aggression, unhealthy eating, sleep disturbance, etc.) that can negatively impact life satisfaction.

TFT is short for Thought Field Therapy. It is a technique developed by Dr. Roger Callahan in 1979 that works like acupuncture (without the needles) stimulating the body's energy meridians to resolve problems with body's emotional control system. This technique involves tapping, but was developed before EFT (Tapping) and is performed differently.

REBT is the pioneering form of cognitive behavior therapy developed by Dr. Albert Ellis in 1955. It is an action-oriented approach to managing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disturbances. According to REBT, it is largely our thinking about events that leads to emotional and behavioral upset. Ultimately, REBT helps individuals to develop a philosophy and approach to living that can increase their effectiveness and satisfaction at work, with living successfully with others, in parenting and educational settings, and in enhancing their own emotional health and personal welfare.
